Named after Rio de Janeiro's most famous shoreline, Copacabana brings a tropical, Latin-American spirit to the heart of Kathmandu — palms, lanterns and a glass-floored terrace that opens to the whole valley.
The kitchen roams freely: tacos, burritos and empanadas share the table with momos, sizzlers and fresh prawns. Add a full cocktail bar, hookah and live music, and the rooftop turns from a relaxed lunch spot into the city's golden-hour stage.
